How can you be sure the company isn’t screwing you with refurbished parts or like paying for the old video card on top of the one you upgrade to? I’m so hesitant to buy pre built. But the shortage right now might force that.
So many people feel the 3060 is crap and a super would be better at that point if you can’t get a 3070 or 3080.
And whichever card they advertise is likely the cheapest option right? They don’t tell you which brand of it. And I read reports on Amazon some people ordered a prebuilt with a 3000 series and recieved a 2000 series instead.
I heard NZXT is notorious for sending refurbished GPU in their systems or ones returned to the manufacturer for a defect preventing them from running at the advertised rate when stess tested.

Hey I have a query for anyone who can help. I’m a first time buyer coming over from console so I did some research before buying a pre build, then after becoming a bit more knowledgeable I’ve realised my build has a Corsair TX550m power supply but it’s with an RTX 3070 & a Ryzen 7 5800X. Will the power supply be strong enough as I’ve heard for the 3070 a 650w + is better. The company I’ve bought from (a reliable local business) will stress test it for 24 hours when they get the stock to be able to build but I didn’t know whether I should enquire about upgrading the power supply to higher wattage

    DONT DO CYBERPOWER (IMO)
When I got my first of it was a prebuilt from cyberpower and it worked for a few days but after those few days I kept getting different blue screen errors. I tried everything I could but I eventually returned it back to Best Buy and I’m back in the market for a pc
So in the end I wouldn’t trust cyberpower
