It was hard to focus on all the valuable info because of the excessive hand bouncing.

Very informative. Problem I have is that the manufactures keep making machines larger and DEEPER. I had a Neptune front loader, worked like a workhorse and finally died. One I had to have it looked at. I want front load but I have a limit on built in space. Depth I can only have 34.5” , Machine and 6” for hook up.28.25 depth on machine. Most now exceed this. It’s hard to find one to fit.(front load) I can’t reach bottom of most top load washers. I have to have the smaller cubic feet on a top load. I want machine to drain good. I would probably go with agitator I have heard bad things on other types I wish manufactures could just go back a little. HUGE is not always best. I want wash, good spin, good dry. Not brain surgery
I just don’t know what to do.
But I like how you explained they differences.

My condo can only produce 120v power and uses electric. This video says to use an electric dryer, it requires a 240v outlet. But what if the electric dryer I am looking at is 120v. Does this mean I still need a 240v outlet?

  4. Christine Fishel on June 20, 2021 at 7:52 pm

Most top load dryers are 29 inches wide.

If you are smart, you would keep your old washer. Anything made after 2006 will give you grief to no end. Like the old saying.. you’ll be sorry!

  11. Frost Element on June 20, 2021 at 8:12 pm

Great video. Can you suggest best washer and dryer pair for family of 2 electric hookups? No space limitations. At least a brand to go by. Thank you

What are the best tide pod machines on the market

  13. ewetoob blowes on June 20, 2021 at 8:17 pm

Front load washers are much deeper in dimension than top loaders. Make sure you consider this for your space.

Water, water, water, agitator, suspension system Metal parts, 5-7 year warranty etc. 🙄 Those machines won’t be around in five years. Remember, Laura need to keep her a job. She has to keep pushing these products so the companies will continue to back her

Avoid sensors …they fail and need replacing or you will have to buy a new machine….after just a month or two…

Only go for higher temperature and time ….better results and longevity….

    Good video

You say nothing about durability and dependability. Yet that is pretty much the most important factor in deciding which washer is best. Also why no mention of brand names? If you truly know about washers then you would know which brands are the most durable, perform best, etc. Yet you say nothing.

  23. Ojeda A. on June 20, 2021 at 8:26 pm

Thank you! This was very helpful since I just started research for a washer and dryer to upgrade from the ones I’ve had for 14 years, which are still working.

  24. E_mailMeLater on June 20, 2021 at 8:27 pm

Why does no one talk about the hoses or Connection chords? Do you need to buy those or do they come with the units?

  25. DuckDuckGo Ismuchbetter on June 20, 2021 at 8:28 pm

Block FBS Kitchens due to autoplay. You should have turned it off by default!

It took me almost ten minutes to find your infuriating tab and shut it off. I have to keep the sound turned on. You interrupted what I was doing and infuriated me to no end trying to find which tab was playing.

I have it turned off in the app, but the browser does not pay any attention to the fact that autoplay is also turned off there as well.

Now you’re blocked due to not having autoplay turned off!

Go to the nearest coin laundry. See what brand they use. Buy Speed Queen.
