Check out the Top 10 Best Video Games of 2020!

Welcome to MojoPlays, and recently, we had to make the tough decision regarding what to name our Game of the Year. There were plenty of excellent contenders from charming titles like “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” to action games like “Ghost of Tsushima” and “Hades”. After careful consideration (very careful given how often it was delayed), we have decided to name “Cyberpunk 2077” as MojoPlays’ 2020 Game of the Year. If you’re curious to see what else made it in our Top 10 Games of 2020, be sure to check that out after the video. For now, let us explain why a last-minute addition managed to steal the spotlight.

    Lol cope

This is why no one takes you serious

  2. Ryan Drennan on July 4, 2021 at 8:28 pm

I saw this shite on Snapchat and had to come here, cyberpunk is the most un-immersing game this year, in fact games in 2000 were more immersing than this shit.

Honestly just shoveling shite down the <20k people that have watched this… Just do some research on the game

  3. RITWAN on July 4, 2021 at 8:31 pm

Yeah I know. The Witcher 3 and GTA V had the same issues. But open world, variety of options, gameplay and storytelling were all impressive.

  4. Warzone on July 4, 2021 at 8:31 pm

How is this the best game of 2020

  5. Behroz Taib on July 4, 2021 at 8:33 pm
Watch this and know that cyberpunk is a lie.

  6. Romil Leeping on July 4, 2021 at 8:36 pm

Last of us all ready announed game of the year

  7. Shut It Melt on July 4, 2021 at 8:38 pm

Wtf was this list, doom eternal isn’t even on the list but cyberpunk and last of us 2 is. Fuck me you guys are thick, it redefined fps forever.

  8. S. B on July 4, 2021 at 8:39 pm

What alternate reality did these guys travel to play cyberpunk 2077 to make this video ? 😂😂😂😂
Some YouTuber has already pointed out Night City isn’t as immersive as the developers promised to be.
He even showed similar NPCs within a small area. 😅
The thing I like about this game is that it doesn’t confuse itself as to what genre it belongs to.
Most games are like "this is an rpg" but still feel like an open world action game with no meaningful impact of choice whatsoever.

  9. joeman on July 4, 2021 at 8:40 pm

Its a good game but definitely not #1

  10. No Bullshit Tom on July 4, 2021 at 8:41 pm

No one takes this channel seriously.

  11. C.J. Cook on July 4, 2021 at 8:41 pm

I have to say I find it problematic, that your pick for game of the year is causing a massive wave of refunds (to the point of being removed from the PS store). I’m not usually a type that gets caught up on glitches here and there, but this game honestly just seems unfinished if not played on PC. I feel like this rating was based on potential and not reality…

Laughable and how shite this channel will say anyhing that’s trending

  14. loserface on July 4, 2021 at 8:44 pm

Cyberpunk is fucking incredible, it’s a shame it got launched in this state. It’s the type of game that ages well though; excellent writing, very ambitious, atmospheric, unique, and fun. I know a couple of other games that also were released unfinished and shared the same qualities as Cyberpunk — Vampires the Masquerade Bloodlines, and Fallout: New Vegas. Especially the former, Cyberpunk reminds me a lot of that, but huge in scope.

  15. Curt Randall on July 4, 2021 at 8:48 pm

It’s good to see that this reviewer saw the diamond in the rough, and not get pulled onto the needless game bashing bandwagon. Just because some people’s experience with this game has been marred by some technical issues, that should not detract from those which were not significantly impacted and experienced a GOTY worthy game.

  16. Luke Jones on July 4, 2021 at 8:50 pm

Finally some recognition for this masterpiece

  17. william s on July 4, 2021 at 8:51 pm

Broken game, unless you have a high dollar game-playing pc, or shelled out for a ps5…cant even be played its soo broken. And you called it game of the year?!?!?! How much is CDPR paying you? Unsub.

  18. TheBillybobjoe112 on July 4, 2021 at 8:53 pm

DOOM Eternal getting robbed I see

  19. Cameron Sanchez on July 4, 2021 at 8:53 pm

I think the game is a great game. Is it game of the year well, no… But I will say that this probably is ONE OF the best games of the year at the very least. All though, it needs patches and updates because it isn’t very stable at all, in fact it runs surprisingly horrible on current gen consoles (the exact opposite of the guy who said it runs surprisingly well 🤣) so with that being said, it isn’t the best game of this year.

  20. Malulani Tucker on July 4, 2021 at 8:54 pm

You on crack if you’re putting cyberpunk at #1. Especially of ghost of Tsushima. 2077 didn’t even follow up on their promises of gameplays and features. GTA V and RDR were better and they came out nearly a decade ago

  21. DarkAnomaly on July 4, 2021 at 8:55 pm

You guys are crazy. Usually I don’t care about videos like this as we all have different tastes after all but calling this mess GOTY is beyond ridiculous.

So many games this year deserve this spot, Cyberpunk ain’t one of them.

  22. I love Trap & Futanari Hentai... on July 4, 2021 at 8:58 pm

  23. nobody_ on July 4, 2021 at 8:58 pm

Cyberpunk immersive? Are you kidding? It’s one of the worst "rpg" games to launch in recent years. Nothing to do, bland characters, almost no choices, horrible ai, embarrassing police/wanted features, the skills are almost all pointless. Sure night city looks great and you can see the potential there but as far as actual gameplay it feels like farcry 5….

  24. Aaren Whitaker on July 4, 2021 at 8:59 pm

This video is a damn joke cyberpunk 2077 Is an Overhyped unfinished piece of trash the game got so bad that I ended up selling my copy back to the store

  25. Edhen on July 4, 2021 at 9:00 pm

Everyone complaining and disliking are probably angry console players who didn’t get to play Cyberpunk or delusional people with 7 year old PCs who blame the poor optimization because they can’t play it properly.
Look, it is a really good game…it just had a bad launch…all the problems this game has will be fixed in a few months…think of it as another delay or something.
Befor talking sh*t remember that Witcher 3 had the same problems at launch and look at it now…

  26. Vicente Geonix on July 4, 2021 at 9:05 pm

Cyberpunk Game of the year? Ha! Dont make me laugh.

  27. J King on July 4, 2021 at 9:06 pm

Make a watchmojo video about humans rivalling computers

  28. Billy Nelson on July 4, 2021 at 9:06 pm

Are you kidding me I’ve played cyber punk 2077 and ghost of tsushima g o t is epic cyber punk was a let down

  29. Mridul Meharia on July 4, 2021 at 9:06 pm

By doing this, you’re disrespecting games that come out without bugs. A game cannot be better if it’s unplayable. And in 2020, they literally are refunding it. This kind of behavior is what encourages companies to launch unfinished games. Supremely disappointed by your choice.

  30. Connor Stevens on July 4, 2021 at 9:06 pm

This video is TERRIBLE!!! I hate you CYBERSUCKIT 2020!!!

  31. MumWhereMahSox? on July 4, 2021 at 9:07 pm

It’s only famous cuz some guy leaked getting laid in it

  32. Reese J on July 4, 2021 at 9:07 pm

Am I the only one that found, not even including the bugs and glitches that Cyberpunk was not a great game? It was shallow, the beautiful world has very little to do in it and if not for the Silverhand character, I doubt I’d have had the drive to 100% it.

  33. Johandre Engelbrecht on July 4, 2021 at 9:09 pm

oh wow. What did you all smoke… Or even better. How much did the developers pay you all for this review.

  34. foford on July 4, 2021 at 9:09 pm

What’s the point in customizing facial features. When the face isn’t shown throughout the game?

  35. Swiss Chocolate on July 4, 2021 at 9:09 pm

this game was an overhyped buggy mass it had character customization although you where playing in first person mod trash story trash characters bad gameplay and it felt empty so no this isn’t a good game, in fact, I prefer TLOU part 2 which only had a bad story

  36. Solid Snake on July 4, 2021 at 9:10 pm

You sirs, have earnt my dislike.

  37. Crzee! _Boi on July 4, 2021 at 9:10 pm

There were certainly better games that released in 2020 that were more worthy of the GOTY title than cyberpunk 2077

  38. Chill man on July 4, 2021 at 9:11 pm

Where the fuck is doom eternal

  39. Dalton Boardman on July 4, 2021 at 9:12 pm

Feel like Crash 4 or Ghost Of Tsushima would’ve been fairer. Cyberpunk simply doesn’t work on the consoles it was promoted for.

  40. ILikeGuns1992 on July 4, 2021 at 9:12 pm

Even when it comes to being RPG there are plenty of issues like barely any choice matter, inability to save certain characters, you can be bad or good but people will always threat you the same, etc. etc. It’s good game now, probably will be great game after fixes but it’s definetely not game of the year.

  41. Rave on July 4, 2021 at 9:12 pm

    This aged poorly.

And it’s been one single week.

  42. J:ArkGaming on July 4, 2021 at 9:12 pm

    Mojoplays your video sucks
Cyberpunk has many glitches and bugs
And compare that to the GTA series
GTA IV and GTA V is way better

  43. AKIRAISHERE on July 4, 2021 at 9:14 pm

    Agreed 🙂

  44. Mayhem on July 4, 2021 at 9:14 pm

Ummm Sony actually agreed to give refunds and it got dropped off the Play Station store. I can’t see how people can give a game released in such broken state such high scores or good recommendations at least not until it’s fixed. The reviewer has to be either an over zealous fanboy or they got more than a review copy of the game for their review. You can’t trust professional game journalism any more as they all seem to be working for the publishers now. Heck Jeff Gerstmann was fired from Gamespot for a mediocre 6/10 score in his review of Kane & Lynch due to threats of Eidos pulling advertising revenue away from GameSpot as a result of Gerstmann’s poor review score. Now we have Watch Mojo claiming Cyber Punk 2077 is The Best Video Game of 2020.

  45. Scott on July 4, 2021 at 9:15 pm

Wowzers I just made a mess in my trousers

  46. stanley lee on July 4, 2021 at 9:23 pm

Imagine saying a game that at the time of the video coming out was completely unplayable on consoles, lied about their marketing, made reviewers sign NDA’s and was getting sued by their shareholders—is the best game of the year. *LMFAOOO*

  47. Darrin Jellison on July 4, 2021 at 9:23 pm

The most disappointing game of 2020 id rather play last of us 2 on the highest difficulty blindfolded

  48. Vicente Geonix on July 4, 2021 at 9:23 pm

And to think that GTA5 is better than cyberpunk 😂

  49. Andrew W on July 4, 2021 at 9:25 pm

this list started to crumble around 2014 and then it really fell to pieces by 2020. you put zero effort in a list once again.

  50. COPGAMER AFC on July 4, 2021 at 9:26 pm

I only started the game Monday and I’m 10 hours in I’m already in love with it
