I had a question if I were comfortable spending a lot of money for the absolute best pc gaming tower tv what brand would it be? I want to set up a really powerful gaming tower to a tv that has 4k uhd hdr led backlighting and having the best hardware on the market for the tower but I’m not sure what tv would be the best, I was wanting to set it up in the living room. I remember my dad doing something like this when I was younger so I thought it’d be cool to do it myself. Anyone know any good info that you could share with me?

  4. Braveheart on March 8, 2021 at 10:43 pm

In the market right now for a 65" 4K and have it down to Samsung, Sony and LG in no particular order with a budget of $1500 Canadian. Want at least 3HDMI, 2USB, arc, optical out and 2.1. Will be buying a sound bar. They all have good choices and it will probably come down to a good sale.

Looking at buying a LG CX 65" OLED TV. Issue I have is my "Lounge Room" is quite bright in the day and fairly dark at night. My TV will be situated with a window behind me and I have heard that this TV, albeit great at night, suffers issues in the daylight with excessive reflections from surrounds! Should I buy?

I’m not sure what sort of improvement has been made on the processors for the Android functions.

  22. Mark on March 8, 2021 at 10:59 pm

FYI, Sony scrubbed their firmware update that would have provided VRR and ALLM. So, please be conscious of that if those features were a deal breaker for you.

  40. Silas Finch on March 8, 2021 at 11:20 pm

Sony has some of the best colors and quality made TVs out there

  41. DuskOaC on March 8, 2021 at 11:22 pm

When you say LG has been working on OLED tech longer than anyone else you lost me. Sony made the first OLED in 2007 and when they realized that the market wasn’t ready, the took it to Hollywood instead. From there, they took this experience and made the A1E in 2017 with absolutely decimated the competition. Then the A9F and A9G were created in their respective years, and both held the title of King of TVs. No way does lg get credit for being pioneers of this tech

  42. Flip Flop on March 8, 2021 at 11:25 pm

    What about vizio

  43. SeriesOfTunnels on March 8, 2021 at 11:25 pm

  47. J Pierre on March 8, 2021 at 11:33 pm

I’m checking out the Costco Q8DT 85” and want to make sure . Is this the same as the review Samsung Q800T ? Thanks great videos

  48. Robert Adams on March 8, 2021 at 11:33 pm

Sorry but Sony just announced that the X9000H isn’t getting that variable refresh rate upgrade. Now thousands of gamers who bought this specific model because of your video are all stuck with a decently expensive tv that will never have VRR.

  49. Jordan Mikesell on March 8, 2021 at 11:34 pm

Looking to get a new TV, hoping I can find some suggestions here. Looking for these features:
    – 4k
    – 55-65"
    – HDR
    – prefer OLED
    – 2 x HDMI 2.1
