While it is true that some of these innovations would be great to have in Western appliances, the reason it feels like we are "living in the stone age" as one commenter said is that many (and I mean many) of these "innovations" are dubious at best or just scientifically impossible. While I am no expert in Japanese law it seems that their laws on false advertising must be very lax compared to Western standards. If any of these products were marketed this way in the West they would immediately have millions in suits to payout. Like an air purifier that shoots plasma??? Give me a break

Sorry l don’t watch idiots wearing masks. It’s a sign of stupidity and oppression.

  11. Sh Au on November 2, 2021 at 11:48 am

Are these appliances made in Japan? or in China??

  12. rwdplz1 on November 2, 2021 at 11:50 am

Biggest takeaway is apparently Japan doesn’t have as stringent ‘truth in advertising’ laws.

  13. ThatGuyRyan on November 2, 2021 at 11:52 am

Here in the USA, our appliances will have these technologies in 2150. Can’t wait!

  47. Christy Blight on November 2, 2021 at 12:26 pm

Australia is pretty much in the stone age, still lighting fires with a stone and stick.

  48. George Vavoulis on November 2, 2021 at 12:29 pm

Lots of appliances and so small ,great for small homes

  49. TractorMonkey with JL on November 2, 2021 at 12:31 pm

Lol, are there enough stickers on those appliances? You can hardly see what they look like. Some neat gadgets for sure, but in reality it’s just more added stuff likely to break and most of it gimmicky. I like my large appliances to be basic. Less stuff to break and simpler to fix when it does.

  50. joseph dunn on November 2, 2021 at 12:34 pm

    Awesome machines.
