Thanks for the info. I’ve been hoping to get my hands on a gaming PC for many years but financially wasn’t something i could get myself to invest in. I recently got to the point where I absolutely have to make this happen. For the last few days i’ve been browsing trying to get an idea of where to begin. I recently started saving and I want to get a good pc for a good deal while i can. If you guys or anybody has more specific information or recommendations I’m all ears.

  21. STR1KY on June 22, 2021 at 8:25 pm

@ToastyBros I need help with choosing which pre-build to buy, I’m scared ill get scammed so I need alot of proof or confirmation that this pre-build is safe to buy, it is an ADMI Gaming PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 4.2GHz, RTX 3060 12GB, 16GB 3000MHz, 240GB SSD, 1TB Hard Drive, 600Mbps Wifi, Windows 10
And its on amazon for £1099.99, the thing is there is a different pre-build on Newegg UK and its ABS Master Gaming PC – Intel i7 10700F – GeForce RTX 3060 – 16GB DDR4 3000MHz – 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD – Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

For £1400, I’m stuck on which on the buy because I want something I can play any game above 60Hz and still be at least under £1400, problem is i can’t decide because of my paranoia of think or probably getting scammed, someone please please help, I dont know what to do (btw I did look up on YT alot of pre-builds but most were above my money limit and I want a pre-build that is under £1400 that can do editing and play any game at a minimum of 60Hz not less).

  22. Hiro Takasugi on June 22, 2021 at 8:26 pm

I double checked the price of the "upgrades" in the HP Omen prebuilts…. they’re waaaayyyy higher than msrp of the item and they don’t deduct the price of the default parts from the price of the upgrade. They’re basically scalping.

  31. Up Skill Or Die on June 22, 2021 at 8:36 pm

I bought my gaming laptop from Amazon many years ago in the military and it was the best buy I’ve ever done. Definitely pricey but it still keeps up to this day with most games and can get most tasks I want to be done. It would be considered a dinosaur at this point but I am in no rush to upgrade just yet. When I do I will be dropping $20-40k into another high-end laptop that I can take with me anywhere.
