One of my absolute favourite budget-friendly phones right now is that Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite. The camera is beaten by rivals here like the Pixel 3a, but I love the 120Hz screen, gaming performance, great battery life. Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 9 Pro is still a stunner too, I enjoyed reviewing that one.
The Poco X3 NFC is another smartphone packed with impressive specs and features, for under £200 these days. And the Reno4 Z 5G by Oppo is cheaper than ever in 2021, making it a strong rival to that Mi 10T Lite. Motorola’s Moto G9 Plus and G 5G Plus, and Realme’s 7 Pro and X50 should also be on your radar. Motorola offers stock Android like the Pixel phones, if you’re not a fan of those heavy launchers.
