    I was looking at getting these laptops which are good
    Lenovo Ideapad 5
    ASUS Vivobook S
    HP PAVILLION 15
    Those are good and the best budget for begginers which are all around 500-700$
    But if you want a good cheap laptop that you can hack with Lenovo Ideapad 3 is 400$ and they have some goo options for under 400$ they wont be the best but they will be good

    I think those laptop´s are for gaming, not for pen testing, sometime you will need to work with Kali Linux, or another Linux distribution (if you want to use hardware for wireless attacks for instance, a virtual machine won´t be enough)…16Gb RAM, won´t be enough, MSI do not provide support for Linux, only for Windows, I think I will keep searching….
