Been using the LG v30s for 3 years now. Love the form factor, love the hardware, hate the lack of software support! It has never gotten a single android update!

I bought a Xiaomi A1, a couple of years ago, from a YouTube reviewer, for 200 CAD. I love it. It’s aluminum body was a life saver, when it got run over by a car, one winter. Great battery life. It runs Android One, so it’s stock android, no bloat. I don’t game with it, I actually use it as a phone, with some texting. I would happily buy another Xiaomi phone, or another phone that runs Android One. I would be willing to try other brands, if they hit the price point, to specs ratio, once this one dies. I don’t need the latest, and greatest.

I’m using both Samsung A01 and Moto G Fast the fast needs to be activated once my data plan ends. I recommend both phones I just needed a bit more internal space.

Vodafone smart v11 is light compact phone with better specs than the poco X3 NFC just that battery life it is a 3000mah still good but not that good

  22. Mario4ukatuka on March 16, 2021 at 11:39 pm

I use xiaomi mi 10t lite which is basically poco x3 with better processor and its the same as redmi 9 pro 5g and i am more than happy with it. If someone is conserned that the display is lcd, i come from a mi 9 lite which had a excellent oled screen and i don’t mind this lcd, its bright enough, the colors are nice and the 120hz in my opinion is better than an amoled with 60hz.

Bought a moto E 2020 as a temporary replacement for the Samsung I broke last Wednesday, and I gotta say I’m pretty impressed for the price of $150 cdn, I gotta say it’s no longer a temporary replacement, but gonna use it for the duration of its life I’m that impressed… Being freshly introduced to the budget smartphone world I highly recommend the moto E…

I have a Galaxy Note 10+. It’s a great phone overall. Specs are pretty much up to date and it had a great size screen. One downside is that if you want to replace the screen, it’ll cost about 300 to 400 dollars so pray you don’t drop it lol.

J3 Luna I paid $20 dollars for sometime around or before 2018. My note 10+ broke mid 2019 and I can’t afford to fix it

  43. Gavin Edwards on March 17, 2021 at 12:08 am

iPhone 12 mini. Only recommend it if you must have a small flagship like me. But besides that nah, you can find better for same or cheaper.

I work on the technology side of this business for 25 years. Motorola also is probably the most compatible phone with all networks. Noone knows radio communications like Motorola. There is a reason they are in every police car.

Been using my Nova 5T for over a year now. Probably one of the last Huawei phones that runs Android. I like the speed (the Kirin 980 it runs on sits somewhere between a Snapdragon 845 and 855) and it’s surprisingly durable. I just don’t like all the bloatware Huawei pre-installed in it (90% of which i have deactivated).

  49. a m on March 17, 2021 at 12:17 am

We want phones this year, with high resolution and at an affordable price

  50. Douglas Martin on March 17, 2021 at 12:17 am

I’m using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 pro and most of these phones aren’t even as good. Mine has 6 GB of ram 128 GB storage, gorilla glass 5 front and back, 4500 battery, 6.5 inch screen, 64 mp main camera, NFC, and an amazing Media Tech processor that gets 285,000 on the antutu bench mark. The other plus is that it’s probably one of the most beautiful phones ever made. All of this for 225.00 new. It maybe going on 2 years old, but the phones you mentioned are definitely not better.
