I wonder why I placed a comment about Norton 360 not being so good. The comment was not posted. I guess that YouTube only wants positive comments, just like Amazon. This is such a scam!!!

I had Norton 360 on all of my computers, iPhones and tablets. I called tech support several times about their VPV. Every time I turned the VPN on it would disable my security system and I couldn’t use my iPhones or tablets. The VPN prevented me from connecting to my internet. Since their tech support could not correct it I disabled it from all of my devices. Unless you have a brand new computer, Norton 360 takes forever to scan. I watched a video on YouTube and the guy said don’t pay for security. Use the security that comes with Windows 10 for free. After deleting Norton 360 from all of my computers, I used Windows Security to scan all of my computers. To my surprise, Windows Security found several Trojans and viruses on my computers. One was critical and the others were medium. Norton 360 had missed them all. Windows Security removed all of them from my computers. I even called their so called technical support and they got me off of the phone as fast as they could. I wasn’t a big fan of Windows Security until now. I wonder how much Norton paid to be number one? Also, from personal experience, I know (in my opinion) that BitDefender is a lot better than Norton 360. However, you decide. After all, it’s your computers and money!!!

I recently had to return my new laptop after getting norton 360 for my game. It blocked my connection to play my game online. They are almost impossible to reach by phone, I had to chat online with 3 different customer service reps before I was given a refund. Even after my refund they would not delete my norton account & even after trying to uninstall it the norton 360 remained. I would not recommend getting it. Once it’s on your computer you will not be able to get rid of it ever. It acts like a virus itself. I would chose bull.
