So currently I’m deciding between xfinity mobile unlimited plan & t-mobile’s magenta plan. I’m not one who talks alot on the phone, so I’d be using it for watching videos on youtube or twitch or watching my digital movies & just to have the internet with me when/if I need it. Wanted to know your thoughts Stetson or anyone else?

Stetson, your missing key point on iWatch. If you our out in the world and you fall. The watch can save your life by calling emergency services automatically!! Reason I have it.

AT&T prepaid does not require you to go into your account and change phones when you want to swap your sim to another phone. As long as the phone is on AT&T whitelist no problem. I have an AT&T sim and a RP GSMA sim which I swap around between a factory unlocked Galaxy S10e and S21.

Hi Stetson. Can’t wait to see the Canadian phone plans. If you need help with providers, coverage etc. Please let me know

With the quality of the service I don’t think Visible can charge much more. I used the service for 6 months. The service is garbage. Issues with calling, texting and the deprioritization of data.

As a Sprint Plus Unlimited customer who lived in Canada pre and post merger, I can confirm your Canadian experience will be better than your native Sprint experience. Not only is it faster and better coverage, but you can choose any of the 3 major telcos (Bell, Telus, Rogers) and use any of them- getting to handpick whichever is faster or has better coverage (at least I could on my iPhone). They send you a warning at 3 months abroad but I was never kicked off even after 6. Back in the States now I’m thinking of switching because the coverage has gotten worse (and will only continue to as T-Mobile shuts down Sprint’s network) and I’m sick of being treated as a second class customer by T-Mobile, which I think is something you might want to dive into a bit more on another podcast or video.
