6 Ways To Buy Discount Appliances, Cabinets, and Rehab Materials

6 ways to buy discount appliances, cabinets, and rehab materials for your next rehab is a break down of six ways we use in our business to save on buying materials when we are rehabbing houses. I share with you where to get the materials at a discount and how to get them and who to get them from. If you can save two to three thousand dollars per project and you are only doing 10 rehabs a year it is still enough for a brand new car or enough to pay cash for a low income rental property that will pay you forever.

I am not normally one to be the first to comment on a video but this is very good information. As a combination landlord/wholesaler/fix and flipper, this will truly help my bottom line. On my first property, I bought all brand new appliances from Home Depot, but at a major discount because they were a return set. Had I not had a good relationship with one of the gentlemen that worked in receiving, I would have had to purchase at full price or maybe had to deal with someone else to get what I needed. I can tell you from experience, applying the advice I receive from watching Connor in the past has been a great way to put more money back into my business instead of into the pockets of others. Smart and savvy investors, subscribe. I am glad I did.

Craigslist is hit or miss. I bought dryer for $150 because I just bought the house. The seller left junk appliances. It’s been 4 years and the dryer still works. Thank God! But now I’m ready to buy brand new in case it dies.
