But do we want first Gen mini LED? I would think waiting for 2nd Gen is better so I am shopping for a good deal for 2019 OLED Tv tech and wait two years.

  2. ProteinShakes on January 22, 2021 at 5:55 pm

I just want a 32-40" OLED, the current CX OLED’s are absolutely perfect for me, but too big (for using as a computer monitor) I don’t care if you charge me 3 grand for it, that’s all I want.

  3. Sagar Verma on January 22, 2021 at 6:01 pm

Lg is my favourite TV company

Best OLED TVS IS AWESOME BUT IPS LCD TV IS VERY GOOD ALSO BECAUSE OF USERS EXPERIENCE WEB OS IS ONE MADE FOR TVs

Only web os is king 👑 for TV OS

I thought I was watching a comedy skit or something. This dude has on a visor, green loose tie, big border glasses, and white gloves. What is really going on?

hmm interesting, i think im gonna replace my 2012 sharp’s LCD for sony’s LED new line up in the end of 2021 or early 2022, we’ll see.

  11. Docwiz2 on January 22, 2021 at 6:13 pm

Who cares about Sony at this point, they might as well be Panasonic when it comes to TV’s.
Do you seriously think that some people will bother with the high-end? With Covid-19, price is king.

Really dumb… Forget QD-OLED, it’s not worth it for now.

  12. TypicallyUnique on January 22, 2021 at 6:14 pm

Here’s what I’m worried about though, sometimes year over year when a manufacturer makes a big panel improvement they take steps back. Samsung most notably have mostly taken steps back. Even the LG CX has taken certain steps back over the C9.

I think the C9 is still an amazing TV, the CX is just as good…they both have low input lag, HDMI 2.1, Freesync…pretty much anything you need for next gen gaming.

I’m afraid that the next year’s model will have issues in picture quality in sacrifice to other features that you might not need being added to the TV.

  13. John Doe on January 22, 2021 at 6:15 pm

Everybody in the comments is wondering why these companies can’t figure out how to make the bright and blackest colors on a tv.Just buy a Samsung and lg and mix it together.BAM the perfect tv

  14. Orgasmatron on January 22, 2021 at 6:16 pm

I hear tesla is making an all electric TV? Any truth to this?

  15. Tobias Jimenez Music on January 22, 2021 at 6:17 pm

If hdmi 2.1 exists and a TV is close to 3 Grand, all those ports should be 2.1

    I’ll wait.

  16. Tim Noble on January 22, 2021 at 6:17 pm

Very helpful; buy now or wait? I will buy now and look again in 2-3 yrs. TCL all the way!

  17. RAWFestival on January 22, 2021 at 6:18 pm

    What about Philips?

  18. Song on January 22, 2021 at 6:18 pm

When will 2021 Tv going to release?

  19. Donte Johnson on January 22, 2021 at 6:18 pm

I am loving this channel! Information right up my alley!

  20. TheHugginMonkey625 on January 22, 2021 at 6:20 pm

Hopefully LG can fix the black crush on their oleds.

  21. Lord Ludicrous on January 22, 2021 at 6:21 pm

People still fail to understand what minimium wage is, a 4k tv is still expensive to someone like me who is paid 7.25 an hour, $230 might be cheap to people who are paid over mininium wage but its nearly impossible for someone who gets paid minimium wage in the u.s to buy one.

  22. brucethen on January 22, 2021 at 6:21 pm

"What else from Samsung, no qdoled "….. or dolby vision

  23. Rodney Dangerfield on January 22, 2021 at 6:23 pm

Thank you for the informative video!…As huge Sony fan, will wait for QD-OLED and 2.1 Master Series!

  24. Hanzo1777 on January 22, 2021 at 6:24 pm

Sony 2021 OLED better have HDMI 2.1
VRR G SYNC and Free SYNC 😑

  25. Arjun T on January 22, 2021 at 6:25 pm

Samsung still doesn’t have Dolby Vision, which was the single only reason I didn’t get the Q80T this year. I needed a 48-50 inch tv that can run 4k 120hz with hdmi 2.1. for the PS5. But I needed one that I can also use to watch movies and Dolby Vision looks amazing in movies and games. Also didn’t get the lg nano 85 49 inch because it’s edge lit. HOPEFULLY next year we have something so I can replace my 2019 Vizio V series smh

  26. Waluigi Wah Ha Ha on January 22, 2021 at 6:26 pm

I am about to buy a RX-V6A Yamaha reciever.
I have a ps4 but only play it casually not hardcore.
I am getting this Yamaha reciever cause price is right for me and I am intreseted in the music cast 20 wireless speakers for back surround.
What TV should I pair with this?
My room is medium light most of the time.
    I am thinking 65 to 75 inches.

  27. Jérôme Chabrillat on January 22, 2021 at 6:27 pm

When does Sony typically release new models?

  28. Braska Bani on January 22, 2021 at 6:30 pm

x950h with hdmi 2.1 is r.i.p all other tvs.

  29. George C. on January 22, 2021 at 6:33 pm

They need to start focusing on 3D technology.

  30. Anthony Keve on January 22, 2021 at 6:33 pm

Keep it comin’! You cut through the noise w/clarity

Give me a 70 for action movies and sports!

  31. Shinobi Master on January 22, 2021 at 6:36 pm

Hmmm so I may actually get the CX this year. I don’t care about 8k whatsoever. I was hoping for QD-OLED or QNED but that’s a couple years off if not more but more important is will it be 4k, game mode, VRR, hdmi 2.1. Etc.

  32. Logeekistics on January 22, 2021 at 6:37 pm

Why would QD OLED jump in price to be more than 2x the price for just QD technology?

  33. David Avid on January 22, 2021 at 6:37 pm

Maybe Sony TV 📺 incl Ps5 Just One Power Cable :))

  34. kochdoch on January 22, 2021 at 6:38 pm

Looking forward to get a mini led tv from tcl in europe next year. In europe /germany we don’t get those great tvs from tcl an vizio, always edge lit crap mostly

  35. 仔新 on January 22, 2021 at 6:39 pm

So wait for 2021 LG oled if VRR is fix or just buy CX?

  36. zerotoxico on January 22, 2021 at 6:40 pm

    What about Panasonic?

  37. JayzBeerz on January 22, 2021 at 6:41 pm

people buying HDMI 2.1 tv’s the last year are idiots.

  38. aaron_analog on January 22, 2021 at 6:43 pm

I wanted to grab the LG CX, but I hear their VRR is blurry and awaiting a fix in future firmware updates. Might just wait for it to go on sale next year now, if all they’re going to do is fine tune the same tech. Thanks for saving me some money!

  39. luis Gabriel on January 22, 2021 at 6:43 pm

Why do you repeat everything a few times?!

  41. Papi Chulo on January 22, 2021 at 6:46 pm

Which Monty in 2021 will those be released?

  42. TheRoswellCrash on January 22, 2021 at 6:47 pm

If more 8K Tvs are coming then expect talk about 16K!!!!

  43. Strider on January 22, 2021 at 6:48 pm

Honestly tired of the drawbacks of both Qled and Oled tvs.
Samsung doesn’t even support GSYNC, has blooming, and has back uniformity issues.
Oleds on the other hand have burn in issues, black crush, and can’t get bright enough.
4k gaming tvs need to have gsync, freesync, hdmi 2.1, and you shouldn’t have to baby them or compromise when paying these prices.

  44. Brad Haughton on January 22, 2021 at 6:50 pm

What if they do a QD panel with no OLED with mini LED display would that make a difference ?

  45. vseanw on January 22, 2021 at 6:51 pm

Will the LG c11 be able to handle near black with VRR on??

  46. R Kirsch on January 22, 2021 at 6:52 pm

    obsessed with QD-OLED ?

  47. Arjen H on January 22, 2021 at 6:52 pm

Will LG ever get rid off the notch at the center bottom of their OLED tv’s like the C and G series have? Thats the only visual detail thats keeping me from buying it. Would that be feasible for next year models?

  48. Steve Coates on January 22, 2021 at 6:52 pm

So looking forward to sammys mini led! Did you say 55 inch sets wont be as good?

  49. The Bird of Hermes on January 22, 2021 at 6:52 pm

    SONY ALL DAY EVERYDAY

  50. WestHam66 on January 22, 2021 at 6:54 pm

Would be great to see Panasonic back in the US market. Philips also releasing some excellent TVs here in Europe.
