Is that little usb thing Bluetooth or you have to add music to it and it for sure makes the music quality better? If so where can I get one?? I also love blasting edm music does it do a good job hard style and some bass house lol

  7. The Rickyp on August 4, 2021 at 9:46 pm

Bose is complete trash. GM needs to cancel their contract and go with better audio solution. If you don’t like highs or lows get a Bose

I just got this system in my new truck and I hate it. My Sony system in my 2015 Ford sounded far better. What have you found to be the best equalization levels? I can’t find anything that I like at all.

Does this have a center dash speaker like the 08-13 LTZ used to have?

  11. Kyle Chellino on August 4, 2021 at 9:57 pm

As far as I’m concerned the GM Bose system is the best factory system.

I have a bose in my 2020 rst and I love it. I have everything set just right so my sounds are crisp and clear. I play alot of jazz , r and b, and hip hop, so it bangs nice. I don’t even have to crank the volume and I can be heard and felt as im rolling up. Im asked quite often if my system is aftermarket. Lol

  20. Frank B on August 4, 2021 at 10:12 pm

Does any1 know how to save your equalizer settings once thr set. Every time I enter my vehicle the equalizer has went back to zeros. Ty

I have a 2019 GMC Sierra SLT and it has the same sound system as this truck. I would definitely agree with this review, since the music seems to be mashed up together but played out okay. Bose should really consider putting an actual 10inch sub on the rear seats, rather than putting bass on the door speakers while getting rid of that lousy 5in rich bass woofer, also pumping a lot of bass on the door speakers isn’t the smartest idea since it creates rattles once cranked up. I’m having a hard time figuring out if we are in a budget when it comes to speakers because 7 speakers is nothing to fill up the truck with immersive sound. Bose should add a centerpoint speaker and some tweeters on the Pillars. Maybe also add they’re fancy technologies into these trucks! There definitely needs to be more thought and time to be put into bettering the sound system of these trucks.

You almost had it there.. "It’s got highs.. it’s got lows"………. Ooooh. is he going to say it?

FINALLY a test on the Silverado 2500!!!!!!!!

  25. dennydeckerful on August 4, 2021 at 10:27 pm

2020 Silverado, stock sound is horrible. I give mine a 4, so only 5/6 for Bose sounds about right. I think if I could unhook the 2 dash speakers bouncing sound off of the windshield it would help.
