Funny way of spelling Mass Effect Legendary Edition at #1!

  2. Adam Lantos on July 2, 2021 at 8:22 pm

Hitman 3 is still underrated. It’s amazing and I’d say better than, say, Returnal.

  3. OuttaSite on July 2, 2021 at 8:23 pm

    Disco Elysium is a masterpiece.

  4. Elaine Hinton on July 2, 2021 at 8:23 pm

How about a best games list of single player games? I am not really into playing with others.

  5. Wolfhowl on July 2, 2021 at 8:25 pm

Ratchet and clank rift apart is an instant classic for me.

  6. Professor Icepick on July 2, 2021 at 8:26 pm

    Wow, this list is terrible.

  7. Kevin Goodman on July 2, 2021 at 8:26 pm

    Cries in Persona 5 Strikers

  8. Cool Man on July 2, 2021 at 8:29 pm

This is the one. This is the bullshit list that made me unsub lmao

  9. John Steele on July 2, 2021 at 8:30 pm

    Resident evil 8 was garbage

  10. iRaap OnPoint on July 2, 2021 at 8:31 pm

This list is a joke 🤦🏻‍♂️

  11. blaknite16523 on July 2, 2021 at 8:32 pm

"A weird interactive loading screen for life itself" may be the best description for 2021 I’ve ever heard; that hit strangely hard.

  12. A Quiet Corner on July 2, 2021 at 8:32 pm

A weird interactive loading screen for life itself, great description i’ve heard for this year so far

  13. StaticShock42 on July 2, 2021 at 8:34 pm

Persona 5 Strikers and Guilty Gear Strive deserve honorable mentions.

  14. Floyd Goodwyn on July 2, 2021 at 8:35 pm

Why is nier replicant a honorable mention? Its Its soo good lol

  15. Joseph Stalsberg on July 2, 2021 at 8:37 pm

No Persona 5 Strikers? Are you kidding me?

  16. Flat Cap Adventures on July 2, 2021 at 8:37 pm

Let’s be honest here, WhatCulture; many of the people who played RE Village were mainly playing for the "crush me mommy" meme. At the very least, those players outweighed those who played for the actual story of the game.

  17. Erik Gilson on July 2, 2021 at 8:39 pm

The turn around of the Resident Evil series makes me so giddy and happy in a way I’m struggling to express

  18. SPAM BANANNA on July 2, 2021 at 8:40 pm

"Even though this year continues to feel like a weird, interactive loading screen for life itself"……😕DAMN SCOTT! LOL!

  19. RealShadyUnicorn on July 2, 2021 at 8:40 pm

WHERE IS SUBNAUTICA BELOW ZERO !!!!!

  20. Justin Baldonado on July 2, 2021 at 8:42 pm

The medium is ass, shouldnt even be mentioned at all on this list.

  21. Johnny Storm on July 2, 2021 at 8:44 pm

I applaud the urge to not put Biomutant on this list, especially the way they were advertising on WhatCulture

  22. Time to Listen on July 2, 2021 at 8:44 pm

It is in really poor taste that you for some reason spoil every single game on this list. Why do you have to tell us hints about a game a ends? So lame.

  23. Tim Allan on July 2, 2021 at 8:47 pm

It Takes Two and Ratchet are fighting for my top spot so far

  24. GADDRIAN Games on July 2, 2021 at 8:47 pm

    Nice video

  25. Mr Alloughani on July 2, 2021 at 8:48 pm

    Bravely default 2???????

  26. Cody Martin on July 2, 2021 at 8:49 pm

I recommend Ironmouse’s play through if you can’t play It Takes Two.
Also, if you don’t have a PS5 like I do, check out Risk of Rain 2 for a similar ‘fighting against the planet’ game.

  27. Paul Nolan on July 2, 2021 at 8:51 pm

Seriously tho Scott put some spatial or stereo wide or treble or somethin in your VOs man… u sound like u in a box.
It’s like the sound waves are folding in on themselves lol
    5.1 on a pc btw 🙂

  28. V Tood Gaming on July 2, 2021 at 8:51 pm

“I’m ˢᵘᵇˢᶜʳᶦᵇᶦⁿᵍ ᵗᵒ ᵉᵛᵉʳʸᵒⁿᵉ ʷʰᵒ ˢᵘᵇˢᶜʳᶦᵇᵉˢ ᵐᵉ ᵃⁿᵈ ˡᶦᵏᵉ ᵗʰᶦˢ ᶜᵒᵐᵐᵉⁿᵗ"…..

  29. allercon on July 2, 2021 at 8:51 pm

No Guilty Gear Strive but apart from that the list is okay.

  30. A J on July 2, 2021 at 8:51 pm

I feel Kaze and the wild masks should be at least on the honorable mentions. If you like 2d 90s style of platformers u should give it a try

  31. Lembas on July 2, 2021 at 8:52 pm

I’ve always liked WhatCulture’s videos, though at this point I do wonder if they plan their lists around games TheRadBrad has played

  32. R BAS3L on July 2, 2021 at 8:54 pm

3:45 I didn’t know Fortnite was known as an easily accessible game

  33. Bryan Leon on July 2, 2021 at 8:55 pm

Monster Hunter Rise is a disgrace to it’s franchise due to it’s anti-consumer business practice and re-versed QoL changes, not to mention the lack of solid contents. It’s the exactly opposite of the "Best Entry".

  34. BobSagetW310 on July 2, 2021 at 8:56 pm

happy to see Disco Elysium on here!

  35. Steven Caballero on July 2, 2021 at 8:58 pm

I was waiting for disco Elysium to show up, glad it did!

  36. allercon on July 2, 2021 at 8:58 pm

    Medium is not isometric…

  37. Retro Crypt on July 2, 2021 at 9:00 pm

terrible list, terrible games, worst year for gaming in a long time

  38. Blake Rogers on July 2, 2021 at 9:00 pm

    Subnautica below zero ?

  39. Maxwell Vindman on July 2, 2021 at 9:02 pm

I kinda zoned out when he said re village was somehow better then nier replicant . Re village is absolutely killed by ethans stupidity.

  40. Jake Klusewitz on July 2, 2021 at 9:02 pm

I feel like anything fun in It Takes Two was overshadowed by how absurd and in your face the narrative was… Totally ruined what could have been a fun couch coop.

Honestly, also disappointed with the depth and variety of Returnal… I feel like we haven’t had many good games this year… except Rift Apart… 😉

  41. oneshadythug on July 2, 2021 at 9:03 pm

Where did biomutant touch you for it to not be AT LEAST Top 3?

  42. The G.C - GamerCritic on July 2, 2021 at 9:05 pm

It Takes Two is GOTY hands down!!

  43. Carter Druiett on July 2, 2021 at 9:05 pm

Clearly DC Super Hero Girls: Teen Power should have been first

  44. MrJechgo on July 2, 2021 at 9:11 pm

How many of these entries will end up on 2021’s most disappointed game list 😒 ?

  45. EN3NRA on July 2, 2021 at 9:16 pm

    Scott videos always feel underwhelming.

  46. muxz on July 2, 2021 at 9:18 pm

I may be in the minority but I was actually disappointed and underwhelmed by Hitman 3. Enjoyed the first two much more.

  47. DeathStroke on July 2, 2021 at 9:18 pm

    The medium is so boring

  48. Charitha M on July 2, 2021 at 9:18 pm

why does it feel like im the only one who didnt enjoy ratchet and clank as much as i shoudlve, I preferred Returnal way more IMO.

  49. Shane Harrington on July 2, 2021 at 9:19 pm

Scott has a gift for writing these scripts.

  50. HeartlessNinny1 on July 2, 2021 at 9:19 pm

Returnal is hands down one of the absolute worst games I’ve ever played. Bar none. It’s like it deliberately goes out of its way to waste your time. For every death there’s an unlock? Bullshit. Straight up bullshit. You will accomplish *nothing* until you beat a boss.
