Hey guys, Taylor here with another video. Now getting a 4k TV is awesome, but they can be incredibly expensive. But with technology increasing and the popularity of 4k TVs growing, their price has come down quite significantly and there are some fantastic TVs that you can actually buy for under $1,000. Now today we’re going to be reviewing some of our favorite 4k TVs under $1,000. And going through some of the benefits and features of each to see which might be right for you in your particular situation. Now, as always, I will include links to each of these products in the description below. So you can check them out there if you’re interested. Also, if I happen to find any discounts, deals or coupon codes, I’ll drop those down below for you as well. Now first off, we have the best overall 4k TV for under $1,000. And that’s going to be the high sense 55 h nine G. Now this TV is available in both a 55 and 65 inch model, and you can find either size under the price tag. It delivers impressive overall performance. Now this TV is definitely not best suited for those of you that are interested in gaming. But it does have some great features if you’re just interested in watching all of your favorite shows and 4k content. If you have a really bright room, this is a great TV for you as well, but it does perform excellently in dark rooms as well. You’re also not going to notice an intense glare that can be viewable on some other 4k TVs. It does have a VA panel with outstanding contrast ratio, and incredible black uniformity. It also has tons of great local dimming features, which helps deepen any of those blacks. This TV also has a great wide color gamut, great radiant handling and high HDR peak brightness. It doesn’t have a variable refresh rate or HDMI 2.1 support for gaming, but it still has excellent response time and low input lag. Just note with this one, it does have some narrow viewing angles, but that can be expected from a VA panel. So it’s definitely not best for a wide seating arrangement. But if you do like to keep your TV front and center and again you weren’t looking to spend a ton of money on a 4k TV, this is definitely a fantastic option for under $1,000. And we highly recommend the high sense 55 h nine g Next up we have the best gaming TV under $1,000. And that’s going to be the Vizio m 65 q seven h one. Now this TV has a ton of great features that you gamers out there will really appreciate that’s things like VR AR support and a great response time. It also has a VA panel with a high contrast ratio, allowing it to display the blacks. It also has this really cool black frame insertion feature that can help reduce any motion blur. input lag is also incredibly low, though it does increase slightly with 1440 P, but honestly it’s great enough that most gamers won’t notice. There’s also this great auto low latency mode that automatically switches the TV into game mode when you launch a game from a compatible device. This one also does have a great flicker free backlight when you set its blacklight setting to max which helps reduce eyestrain…..ran out of the 5k characters limit, sorry guys.

The picture on the VIZIO M65Q7-H1 is wonderful. My son helped me some as I have never had a smart tv before. I have only had it a couple of weeks but so far it is great.

Got the HISENSE 65H8G and it is better than I thought. I have a Sony 930e which is a pretty nice and bright TV with about the best upscaling you can get. This TV is better in just about every way except brightness and 1080p upscaling. It only took a bit of tweaking to get the perfect picture for me.

I bought the HISENSE 55H9G to replace my 10 yrs old Sharp Aquos. Paired with an Apple TV 4k connected through Onkyo TX-SR393, and I was blown away watching Our Planet on Netflix with Dolby Vision/Atmos activated. Just wow! I do not think I would want to go back to watching non-4k programming again. Hisense got a real winner here. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a tv with all the bells and whistles and the best bang for your buck.

What is the difference between the HISENSE 55H9G and the 65H9F?

Awesome television! I got the VIZIO M65Q7-H1 for my ps5. I was able to get all the features I needed to take advantage of the ps5 capabilities. I had to sacrifice the isp panel that is it. It is not a 120 panel, just a 60 but it does not matter to me because games will not be supporting the full 120 for a while. This tv has everything else! No issues, no complaints! VIZIO M series for the win

TCL has done it again, another year another host of great upgrades for the TCL 55R635. Don’t let the lack of full 2.1 HDMI dissuade you though, the pros to this set beat out that small omission. This is a great choice for anyone planning to get an x box series x or ps5.

Does the HISENSE 55H9G have 60HZ native panel and dimming zones?

  10. boyowa edun on July 19, 2021 at 10:19 pm

Have a TCL 6 series, but needed another TV. Really glad I decided to get the 55H9G!! The overall picture quality, brightness, colors, and black levels make my TCL look like a 10-year-old TV and I’ve only had it for 2 years. Set up was extremely easy and only took about 10 minutes. I thought I was going to miss the Roku interface, but the Android is very responsive and easy to work with. The remote is pretty cheap and nothing to brag about but Overall, I love the TV and am very happy with my choice.

I rarely comment on anything but I have to say that the TCL 55R635 is very impressive. I went from a Samsung 7000 series curved to this and man this thing blows out the Samsung. The colors are great, the interface/Roku TV is very quick and responsive and gaming is flat out better on this TCL. I’m Hooked on Ghost of Tsushima and it seems so much better after spending 40 hours playing on a different TV. Just buy it, you won’t be sorry.

Bought the VIZIO M65Q7-H1 as I needed a TV for the bedroom. I have an Xbox One X, and using this for gaming is an absolute joy. Colors are poppy, it gets bright enough, VRR and ALLM work as advertised, and it handles motion pretty well for a 60hz panel. If I had to gripe about one thing is that Smartcast is slow. I do not use it, but that is something other people might want to look out for.
